Giclee prints are reprinted through a print house and shipped directly to you. Printed with archival grade pigments on natural heavyweight textured cotton paper with no optical brighteners to ensure long-term archival stability. All prints include a 3/4" white border.Framed Canvas Prints
High-quality matte canvas using UltraChrome archival pigments for long-term stability. A UV water-based varnish is applied to protect the surface from UV ray damage and cracking. Size is printed on 1.25inch stretched canvas. Our framed canvas prints come with a floating frame of lightweight and premium grade 1.5" thick wood frame with a matte finish. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us with a photo of the image and we will seek a reprint for you at no cost. All other artwork are non-refundable once they are shipped, including original artwork.
SHIPPING INFO
Prints
Fine art prints typically ship out within 3-9 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) from the day of order. Wood prints take about 10 days. Please allow additional time for framed canvas prints (1-2 weeks). Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status.
If you haven’t received your order within 20 days of receiving your tracking number, please contact us at jessica@paildesign.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
